About the Opportunity
HV Talent Group is partnering with a well-established, rapidly growing construction organization seeking a dynamic Preconstruction Manager to help lead budgets, design-phase coordination, estimating workflows,
procurement strategy, and client-facing preconstruction support across the company. This role becomes more important as organization grows into larger and more complex assignments.

What this role will own
• Lead preconstruction efforts from pursuit through handoff, including budgets, design reviews, value engineering,
milestone deliverables, and client communication.
• Manage estimating resources, outside pricing support, trade partner engagement, and scope alignment across packages.
• Identify constructability issues, cost drivers, long-lead risks, and schedule implications early.
• Develop procurement strategies, logistics assumptions, and budget narratives that set project teams up for success.
• Own the handoff process so awarded work begins with clarity rather than confusion.

What strong candidates bring
• Strong preconstruction, estimating, or operations background with design-phase involvement on vertical construction.
• Confidence with owners, architects, consultants, and internal leadership.
• Pricing judgement, scope discipline, and constructability instincts.
• Ability to coordinate multi-party preconstruction processes and improve tools / templates as needed.
• Florida market knowledge and trade-partner network strongly preferred.
