Salesforce CRM Business Analyst & Support Liason
HireVenture is partnering with a leading life safety solutions provider to hire a Salesforce CRM Business Analyst & Support Liaison. This is a dynamic opportunity for a tech-savvy, customer-oriented professional who enjoys problem-solving, training users, and driving adoption of Salesforce and ServiceMAX platforms across teams.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Salesforce CRM Business Analyst to act as the go-to liaison for internal teams, ensuring users receive effective support, training, and solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Salesforce, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach to issue resolution. Experience with ServiceMAX is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact between internal users and the Salesforce support team.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce and ServiceMAX issues via email, phone, and in-person communication.
- Support onboarding by guiding new hires and managers through CRM and field service platform use.
- Facilitate IT classes during weekly orientations and provide ad hoc training as needed.
- Translate complex technical issues into easy-to-follow solutions.
- Work cross-functionally to gather system requirements and implement improvements.
- Build and maintain accurate reports and dashboards within Salesforce.
- Test platform functionality and ensure optimal system performance.
- Share tips, tools, and best practices to help users become more confident and efficient.
- Stay up to date on new Salesforce features and serve as a knowledge resource for the team.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Salesforce and a solid understanding of system capabilities.
- Experience with ServiceMAX is a plus—or willingness to learn quickly.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to train and support team members in a technical environment.
- Self-motivated, curious, and collaborative.
- Comfortable working across departments to support business needs.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BS) required
