About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a fast-growing 3PL organization that’s redefining how logistics solutions are delivered. They’re on the hunt for a hungry, high-energy Business Development / Sales Representative who thrives on winning new business, building strong client relationships, and closing deals that drive real impact.

This is not just another sales role it’s your chance to take ownership of the full sales cycle, work with a dynamic internal team, and directly contribute to revenue growth in a competitive, fast-moving industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Hunt, prospect, and unlock new business opportunities
  • Generate and qualify high-value leads across multiple channels
  • Own the full sales cycle—from first call to closing the deal
  • Deliver tailored logistics solutions that actually solve client challenges
  • Build long-term relationships that turn into repeat business
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure flawless execution
  • Hit (and crush) sales targets and KPIs consistently

What You Bring to the Table

  • Proven success in inside sales and lead generation
  • Strong background in business development and deal closing
  • Excellent communicator with solid negotiation and relationship skills
  • Self-starter mindset motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
  • Experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation (a big plus)
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (not required)
  • A track record of not just meeting but exceeding targets
