Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Class A and/or Class B CDL Drivers to join our team in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, customer service, and reliability. If you have a Tanker Endorsement, it will be considered a plus.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Safe Transportation: Operate a Class A or Class B vehicle to transport goods, liquids, materials, or equipment to various locations in a timely and safe manner.

  • Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.

  • Compliance: Adhere to all DOT regulations and company policies regarding the safe operation of a commercial vehicle.

  • Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service during pick-up and delivery, ensuring all paperwork and load requirements are met.

  • Load and Unload: Assist with loading and unloading of materials, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of hours worked, deliveries made, and any incidents or issues that arise during transport.


Qualifications:

  • Valid CDL License: Class A and/or Class B CDL required.

  • Tanker Endorsement: Preferred but not required.

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Class A or Class B driver, with a clean driving record.

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with DOT regulations and road safety practices.

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to handle physical demands such as loading/unloading cargo and driving for extended periods.

  • Customer Service Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members.

  • Dependability: A reliable and responsible work ethic with a commitment to punctuality.
