About HV Talent Group

Overview
A general contractor is seeking a QA/QC & Warranty Manager to strengthen quality planning, field execution, turnover, and post-completion warranty management across multiple projects. This role is best suited for a field-credible construction professional who understands that quality starts early and must be managed consistently through closeout and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce QA/QC standards including inspections, mockups, first-work approvals, and turnover requirements
- Conduct field audits and jobsite walks to identify issues early and drive corrective action
- Support project turnover, closeout, O&M documentation, and owner-ready deliverables
- Track recurring issues and identify root causes to improve long-term execution quality
- Promote proactive quality systems that reduce punch list volume and rework
- Support warranty management and ensure structured post-completion follow-through
Qualifications
- Strong construction background with field supervision, QA/QC, closeout, or warranty experience
- Credibility working with both field teams and leadership
- Experience across structural, MEP, drywall, finishes, waterproofing, or similar building systems
- Strong documentation, follow-through, and issue-tracking discipline
- Ability to identify trends and drive corrective action, not just report defects
- Florida experience preferred; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Why This Role Matters
This role shifts quality from a reactive punch-list function to a proactive system that improves execution, reduces rework, and strengthens long-term project delivery.
