About the Role
HV Talent Group is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a growing Maternal Child Health Unit in Stillwater, Oklahoma. This is a night-shift opportunity within a modern Women’s Health Center, ideal for nurses who are passionate about Labor & Delivery and postpartum care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, evidence-based care throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum stages
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Communicate changes in patient status promptly to providers and team members
  • Respond effectively to urgent and emergent situations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold nursing standards of practice

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Minimum 3 years of Labor & Delivery experience preferred
  • CPR certification (required within 30 days of hire)
  • ACLS and NRP certifications (required within 1 year of hire)
  • Strong communication, critical-thinking, and teamwork skills
  • Proficient computer and charting skills

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift at least 60 lbs. and perform physically active patient care
  • Prolonged standing and walking
  • Adequate hearing, vision, and fine motor coordination for accurate patient assessment and care
