About the Opportunity
HV Talent Group is partnering with a well-established, rapidly growing construction organization seeking a dynamic Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment. This role requires discretion, organization, strong communication, and the ability to keep executives prepared, responsive, and focused while the company scales.

What this role will own
• Manage calendars, meeting coordination, travel, logistics, and shifting executive priorities with precision and discretion.
• Prepare agendas, meeting packets, reports, presentations, recruiter materials, and follow-up notes as needed.
• Support executive communication, correspondence, document organization, and deadline tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders in a polished, professional manner.
• Maintain organized files, accurate records, and clean follow-through on action items.

What strong candidates bring
• Strong experience supporting senior executives in construction, real estate, professional services, or another fast-paced 
business environment.
• Exceptional organization, judgement, confidentiality, and follow-through.
• Strong written communication and professional polish with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, presentation preparation, and general document management.
• Bilingual English / Spanish strongly preferred.
